I’ve shifted from reacting to thoughtfully responding. Instead of complaining about a broken system, I now focus on asking, “What can I do to make it work?” This change in mindset empowers me to actively contribute to solutions.

Through the program, we have experienced a connection that is based on equality, empathy and interconnectedness. We are not formal, but co-learners working together for a larger vision.

One of the most valuable insights I took away from our offsite was learning how to listen intently, reflect on the conversation, and then respond thoughtfully. Too often, we cut others off mid-sentence and fail to fully comprehend what they are saying. This occurs frequently in schools when we give orders without fully understanding the teachers’ perspectives.

My journey in CLDP has led to great self empowerment. Moreover, this shift in myself is clearly influencing a shift in my school, where I am able to create a culture of learning, listening and productivity.
