Executive Summary

The Primary Leadership Development Facilitator Offsite in November 2022, brought together 39 facilitators and 5 facilitator developers for a 5 day learning and leadership offsite in Aurovalley, Raiwala. As the beautiful and spiritual ambience of the ashram, the offsite amalgamated widening of learning perspectives, reflections, silence and being on the development of educational leadership for the future of holistic education.
