In times of rapid technology changes, the future of what skills or jobs would be relevant in the next 10 years is unknown. We need to accept that learning is a lifelong endeavour and very much a part of adult life instead of looking at learning and education as an ‘investment’ that one makes in the first 2 decades of life.
