Executive Summary

The Cluster Leadership Development Program in July 2022, brought together 69 facilitators and facilitator developers for a 5 day learning and leadership offsite in Jaipur. As the beautiful colours of the city, the offsite amalgamated different colours of perspectives, reflections and being on the development of educational leadership for the future of holistic education. It was a true phenomenon of distributed leadership from within as heads from within the system played a key role in planning (preparing case studies), leading sessions and being facilitator developers for 8 groups. Key themes of the year – a) non positional leadership became alive with 2 DDE’s participating and observing the offsite enabled learning around systemic leadership and b)teacher as a facilitator was opened up to strengthen our understanding and practice as pedagogical leaders.
